Το Athens Intersection παρουσιάζει σειρά εκθέσεων και εκδηλώσεων σε κτίρια και εμπορικά καταστήματα της περιοχής του Εμπορικού Τριγώνου της Αθήνας. Το πρόγραμμα του Athens Intersection περιλαμβάνει performance, εκθέσεις, προβολές, ξεναγήσεις σε στοές, κρυφά μέρη και σε ατελιέ καλλιτεχνών. Μια περιήγηση στο Εμπορικό Τρίγωνο της Αθήνας με οδηγό τον πολιτισμό.Από τον Απρίλιο του 2017 μέχρι σήμερα

Τα κτίρια της οδού Χρυσοσπηλιωτίσσης 3, Βύσσης & Αγάθωνος και Αιόλου & Αθηναίδος άνοιξαν μετά από πολλά χρόνια εγκατάλειψης χάρη στο πιλοτικό Πρόγραμμα Αναβάθμισης Εμπορικού Τριγώνου του Δήμου Αθηναίων. Τα κτίρια, Αιόλου 48-50, My Odyssey Βασιλικής 1, Πραξιτέλους 33, αλλά και αυτό του Καποδιστριακού Πανεπιστημίου στην Βασιλικής & Αιόλου, αποτελούν μέρος των ιστορικών κτιρίων της νεότερης Ελληνικής αρχιτεκτονικής (από το 1860 μέσα από τη δεκαετία του ’30 μέχρι τη δεκαετία του ’70) που συμπληρώνουν τον χάρτη δράσεων του Athens Intersection.
Το Πιλοτικό Πρόγραμμα Αναβάθμισης Εμπορικού Τριγώνου του Δήμου Αθηναίων έχει στόχο την συνολική αναζωογόνηση της περιοχής. To πρόγραμμα του δήμου ενισχύει αποκλειστική δωρεά από το Ίδρυμα Σταύρος Νιάρχος (ΙΣΝ) με τη συνεργασία του Athens Partnership.

Athens Intersection is a Cultural Program by
Athens Intersection
The Athens Intersection Cultural Program utilizes a series exhibitions, performances, screenings, guided tours to hidden locations and artists'studios as a part of its cultural tour to the Athens Commercial Triangle.Since April 2017, Athens Intersection has implemented 20 exhibitions, 28 visual and sound performances, the 6th International Back to Athens Festival (9 curatorial exhibitions, events and performances with the participation of 75 international artists for 10 days), the Art Athina Summer Popup 2019 (40 international galleries), 20 art installations in store fronts and shops, guided tours and screenings at 39 locations and 8 buildings within the Athens Commercial Triangle.
Buildings such as the Old Paper Warehouse at 3 Chrysospiliotissis street, Vyssis & Agathonos street as well as Aeolou & Athenaidos after many years of neglect, have been re-opened and restored by the Athens Commercial Triangle Revitalization Program. The buildings of 48-50 Aiolou street, My Odyssey at Vasiliki 1, 33 Praxitelous street, as well the building of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens at Vasiliki & Aiolou street, are important historical landmarks of modern Greek architecture ranging from 1860 through the 1930s to the 70s, that host the exhibition and event program of Athens Intersection.
Athens Commercial Triangle Revitalization Program
The municipality of Athens has selected part of the Commercial Triangle of Athens to implement a pilot intervention program aiming at the overall revitalization of the area. The program of the municipality is supported by an exclusive donation from the Stavros Niarchos Foundation (ISN) with the coordination of the Athens Partnership.
