Η Φαίδρα Δεριζιώτη παρουσιάζει το video “Ciel”, ένα έργο 2D animation που αγγίζει το αλλόκοτο, υπαρξιακό ταξίδι στο βάθος του εαυτού μας, ενώ η Τζωρτίνα Κοσμάτου προβάλλει το “Piano Bar”, “μία ιστορία αγάπης όπου ο χρόνος και ο χώρος παίζουν τον δικό τους μοναδικό ρόλο. Κύριο σημείο αναφοράς είναι ένα πιάνο μπαρ, όπως είναι και ο τίτλος την ταινίας. Ο χρόνος μοναδικός εχθρός αλλά και βοηθός ώστε να ληφθούν αποφάσεις που θα αλλάξουν την τροπή και την εξέλιξη της ιστορίας.”, όπως σημειώνει η ίδια.

Οι προβολές Ciel / Piano Bar της Ομάδας Parιa είναι μέρος του Back to Athens 6 International Cultural Festival. Το Back to Athens ξεκίνησε το 2012 με σκοπό τη συγκέντρωση του Αθηναϊκού καλλιτεχνικού δυναμικού στο κέντρο της πόλης, και την προσέγγιση και εξοικείωση του κοινού με την περιοχή μέσω των πολιτιστικών εκδηλώσεων του φεστιβάλ. Το φετινό Back to Athens, το έκτο κατά σειρά, πραγματοποιείται από την CHEAPART σε συνδιοργάνωση με το Πρόγραμμα Αναβάθμισης Εμπορικού Τριγώνου του Δήμου Αθηναίων και το πολιτιστικό πρόγραμμα Athens Intersection από 1 - 10 Ιουνίου.

Screening at Chrysospilotissis street, by Phaedra Derizioti and Georgina Kosmatos, curated by Parιa art group.Phaedra Derizioti presents “Ciel", a 2D animation project that touches on emotions, the bizzare existential voyage to the depth of the inner self. Georgina Kosmatou’s "Piano Bar" is "a love story where time and space play their own unique role. The main point of reference is a piano bar, as named in the work’s title. Time is the only enemy yet at the same time is a decisive factor in the film that will change the course and evolution of history ", as Kosmatou notes.

Ciel / Piano Bar screenings by Parιa art group is part of the Back to Athens 6 International Cultural Festival. Since 2012, Back to Athens Festival unites the city’s artistic scene in a public showcase of contemporary art and expression that boosts social awareness and restores the residents of Athens to the City Center. Back to Athens 6 is organized by CHEAPART in collaboration with the Athens Commercial Triangle Revitalization Program of the municipality of Athens, and Athens Intersection cultural program taking place from June 1 - June 10, 2018.
